All orders are lovingly packed and shipped from our studio in Kuwait and delivered to you anywhere in the UAE by express courier.

Delivery takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed.

Shipping is FREE on all orders over AED 350. For orders below AED 350, the shipping fee is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Since we ship from Kuwait, any customs duties or import fees applied by UAE customs are the customer's responsibility. In most cases GCC shipments clear smoothly, but if a fee applies it is payable by the recipient.

As soon as your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also message us on WhatsApp anytime with your order number and we'll check for you.

Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order only before it has been dispatched — once it leaves Kuwait we can no longer amend it.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay through our secure checkout.

No — because orders ship internationally from Kuwait, all orders are prepaid. Cash on Delivery is not available.

All prices on ae.kuwait-hijab.com are shown and charged in UAE Dirhams (AED).

Yes. Payments are processed through an encrypted, PCI-compliant gateway. We never see or store your card details.

For hygiene reasons, hijabs and accessories cannot be returned or refunded once delivered. Please check dimensions, fabric and colour on the product page before ordering — and message us on WhatsApp if you'd like help choosing.

We'll make it right. If your item arrives defective, contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a refund or replacement.

Our sincere apologies! Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo, and we'll ship the correct item to you at no extra cost.

Hand wash cold with a mild detergent, never bleach, and lay flat to dry away from direct sun. Iron on low or steam gently. With this care your hijab keeps its colour and drape for years.

We source premium fabrics chosen for the Gulf climate — breathable jerseys, airy chiffons and soft crepes. The exact fabric and feel is described on every product page.

We photograph every shade in natural daylight to be as true to life as possible. A slight variation can still occur depending on your screen — if you're between two shades, send us a WhatsApp and we'll share real-life photos.
